AFB to hold 'Daughters of a Lesser God'



A pro-Balochistan premier human rights group in Washington DC will shed light on sexual slavery of Baloch women and kids in Balochistan, and Christian and Hindu women in Pakistan and will also honor an icon of progressive thought from the Muslim world, "Guru" Tarek Fateh.

 Minority women are eking out an existence that is reminiscent of the Dark Ages. State security forces in Balochistan routinely abduct Baloch women and even minor boys. Human rights defenders fear they are being used as sex slaves by Pakistan soldiers. Christian and Hindu women and minor girls are abducted at point of gun as fair game, forcibly converted and married to men they never met before, in Punjab and Sindh provinces respectively. Unfortunately, the civil and political society either lack the will and resources to counter this sex slavery or treat the issue casually as it does not affect the mainstream, rather the most vulnerable section of society living on the fringes.

Pakistan, which prides herself on being a fortress of Islam, is one of the most dangerous places on earth. She was no doubt born as a bastard child of the British Raj and groomed as a prostitute on the world stage by Uncle Sam. Ill at ease with herself, she is a source of instability, trouble and violence in South Asia and beyond.
On the one hand the most powerful political party in the country, the Pakistan army, has in pursuit of the grandiose goal of strategic depth harmed an immediate neighbor Afghanistan while on the other hand their jihadist Ghazwa-i-Hind policies have led to wars with India.

BJP's Vijay Jolly meets BLA leaders in London

LONDON: Vijay Jolly, a senior leader of India’s Hindu nationalist Bhartaiya Janata Party (BJP) held a meeting with a delegation of the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), which is called the Free Balochistan Movement (FBM) in the West, in London to discuss Balochistan issue on Saturday, according to the Baloch Warna web site.
