Minor Baloch boys abducted by Pakistan army may have been turned into sex slaves
Nothing is known about the fate of two minor Baloch boys who where abducted by the Inter Services Intelligence and Rangers from a house in Karachi along with others, though fears run high they may have been turned into sex slaves.
According to data collected by the Baloch Human rights Organization as many as 640 Baloch have been killed and more than 2,400 disappeared in the last two years alone.
A heart wrenching tweet by a student activist Kambar Baluch shows a Baloch kid holding the picture of Master Aftab Younis, 9, a fifth grade student at Rising Star School in Karachi, is originally from Baghbana, Khuzdar, Balochistan. Master Ulfat Altaf, 11, is a student of fifth grade at Model School at Gulshan-i-Hadeed in Karachi. Ulfat originally from Gwarjak Village in Tehsil Mashkay, Awaran, Balochistan.
"The main reason why Aftab Younis was abducted by the ISI is he is the adopted son of former student leader Raheem Baloch, chairman of the Baloch Students Organization Azad and was general secretary of the Baloch National Movement (BNM) when the organization was launched by Ghulam Mohammed Baloch," said Abdullah Abbas who works for the premier Baloch human rights group Baloch Human Rights Organization in Germany.
Master Aftab Younis was abducted along with his two cousins Rawat Baloch
and Arif Baloch from an apartment at Phase 2 Gulshan-i-Hadeed area of Karachi
during a raid of Sindh Rangers and ISI personnel on post midnight October 28, 2017. Master Ulfat, whose father is a government servant, was abducted
along with three of his cousins, Abid, Sajjad and Farhad by the same Sindh
rangers and personnel of intelligence agencies from the same house on the same night. The family was internally displaced from their
native village due to the bloody conflict between the armed forces of Pakistan
and militant nationalists in Balochistan.
Though there is no conclusive proof, former Balochistan opposition leader in the state assembly and government minister Kachkol Ali Advocate confirmed to this writer there are circumstantial evidence available that Pakistan soldiers have turned Baloch women and kids into sexual slaves. Pakistan army is treating Baloch the same way ISI treated Yazidi women and children," said Ali Advocate, who now lives in exile.
Pakistan army's war crimes in Balochistan has seen the paramilitary Frontier Corps occupy two homes of the former minister, a book enthusiast and scholar, in Turbat. Pakistan security forces also abducted his son Nabeel Baloch forcibly disappeared right on the International Day of the Disappeared August 30, 2014 after Ali Advocate went to the Palace of Nations in Geneva to speak on the issue of enforced disappeances some months earlier that year.
